  Roast beef dinner for 2 . Perfect .Cooked well and out fast .The hotel itself needs a facelift as it's very gruby .But apart from cosmetically dated it was a lovely experience.

  Lovely hotel. Really nice staff. Only 5 mins away to get on the ship. Clean rooms. Lovely beer. Nice view to the sea.

  I would never stay here again!
  + The reception staff were pleasant and the reception area is nicely done
  - We booked a 1 night stay in the family room at Hotel Rosslare to get a good nights sleep rather than taking the overnight sailing home. We barely got any sleep, due to the fact that they had a live musician in the bar from 10pm-12.30am (all family rooms are above the bar) and we were then disturbed by other guests returning to their rooms. In the morning we were woken up at 6am by the fire alarm, which, by the managers own admission, is not an unusual occurence.
  - The room was in need of updating and the bathroom in particular fell far short of the standard I would expect in a 3 Star hotel. The taps were coming off and leaking and the toilet didn't flush properly.
  - The food was OK, but over priced and breakfast was clearly done on very tight budget, with cheap bread etc
  - The worst aspect of the hotel was actually the managers response when I contacted him to discuss our stay. He was agressive and confrontational and refused to admit any fault. There were numerous promises to get back to me, which weren't fulfilled and they kept insisting that we were informed at the time of booking about the room being above the bar and there being live music. This is simply not true. I was also left with no confidence that anything would change as a result of my comments.

  Very well kept place staff extremely friendly and food is delicious would totally recommend this place
